You can find these products at health stores and online. They are often titled super foods, perfect food or many other names depending on the distributor. These containers of various sizes contain a mixed variety of nutrients to form a green powdered additive for the purpose of mixing with water.
One that I had much success with was the Inner Balance formular found in Anothony Robbins program. I was on a pretty serious diet and when I felt I needed some hydration, I usually added some of this stuff to my water. It helped keep the energy levels up and get my body proper nutrients. Perfect Food is another brand to check out. This products angle is to pack your fruits and veggies into a drink to make sure you are getting your daily dosage. It has a higher acid count than Inner Balance, but it’s still worth while. I feel this company makes more affordable products and also easier to find. I saw it on sale at the drug store chain CVS.
