<p>Hello friends! My name is Russell Walters and I am a native of West Michigan. I am in my early 30s and spend my time playing music and learning how to make my life health filled and fun. I moved to Los Angeles County in 2003 and learned quickly how to make changes in my life. A friend of mine introduced me to diet plans, self help books, and exercises. I went from weighing 250lbs to 175lbs in 6 months!! I was able to do this by following Tony Robbins alkline plan. Though I can&#8217;t say that my determination left me at 175 some 9 years later, I can say that I have learned how to hunt for quality foods and stay cautious on my eating habits. Before then I was very uneducated on the subject of healthy foods. Now I have discovered some key ingredients to diet/exercise programs. Be Determined!!! And most importantly, Perfect the details!!!</p>
