Anabolic Weight Loss Update!

On April 29th I published an article about the Anabolic weight loss plan.

That same day I decided to give it a shot. Here I am 24 days later and I am certainly feeling results! I will be honest though. I did not get enough exercise as suggested and gave myself one free day per week. I also encountered a nasty cold and a case of inflammation which were hard obstacles to overcome. So a part of my diet consisted of vitamin C and witch hazel for inflammation.

I would give myself a B for my efforts. Even during the ill spells I never strayed from the menu. I have included a calendar that shows some of my eating behavior for the 25 days.

During the inflammation period, which may have been caused by my decision for a diet change, I ate lightly to avoid bowl movements. I would eat my morning eggs and have a salmon veggies or chicken salad at night clubs that I perform at. I tried skipping the almonds and such during this time. Bananas and coffee were hanging in there at the beginning but found their way out of the sequence.

Water was my beverage of choice but I did drink cranberry juice to aid inflamed area. My free days were a little excessive and the exercise not frequent enough. But I see this as no failure whatsoever! I lost about 10lbs actually and have re-adjusted my body and mind for proper foods. I feel less bloated and have visible weight loss in my face! I have plans for furthering the weight loss procedure and raising my exercise activity. I will attempt another 25 day attempt at this plan. The 30 minute run/walk in the morning before breakfast is said to be a major fat burner. I will be a little more cautious on my free day or even just allow a few meals over the weekend. Wish me luck!
