Hello friends! My name is Russell Walters and I am a native of West Michigan. I am in my early 30s and spend my time playing music and learning how to make my life health filled and fun. I moved to Los Angeles County in 2003 and learned quickly how to make changes in my life. A friend of mine introduced me to diet plans, self help books, and exercises. I went from weighing 250lbs to 175lbs in 6 months!! I was able to do this by following Tony Robbins alkline plan. Though I can’t say that my determination left me at 175 some 9 years later, I can say that I have learned how to hunt for quality foods and stay cautious on my eating habits. Before then I was very uneducated on the subject of healthy foods. Now I have discovered some key ingredients to diet/exercise programs. Be Determined!!! And most importantly, Perfect the details!!!
*Disclaimer: Though I do take my time on my research, I must make it clear that I myself am not a registered dietitian or a member of the professional medical field. I would strongly urge all readers to establish a relationship with a professional doctor and/or nutritionist.
The purpose of this website is to inform readers of helpful tips to a healthier life style!
The focus here is to bring information from reputable sources such as: online blogs, popular books, and online videos. Most people you talk to are gonna tell you the best way to a healthier life style is to eat right and exercise. I believe that most of these people are right! Yes you can lose weight by other techniques, but the keyword is HEALTH. Most of the research on this site is going to be on what foods to eat and what recipes are available with nutritious ingredients. We will also focus on exercise routines and touch on popular exercise methods such as pilates, yoga, and many others.
All this exercise and dieting is “fine and dandy”, but we can’t go to far with our health if our minds are not sound and balanced. Motivational references and Self-help readings can be the building block for keeping a determined goal. There isn’t one way to a healthy lifestyle. So use the information you find to customize and build your own foundation!!
